How a Mini App differs from a bot

  • A bot is buttons and messages in a chat. Faster and cheaper; fine for enquiries, bookings and simple orders.
  • A Mini App is a full screen inside Telegram: a catalogue with photos, a calendar, a cart. It looks like an app, without the App Store.
  • You can start with a bot and add a Mini App when you need it.

Common questions

How much does a Telegram Mini App cost?
From 5 to 7 million UZS depending on the job: loyalty card 5 million, booking 6 million, staff reports 6 million, shop with a cart 7 million. Once, with the price in the contract.
Do customers need to install anything?
No. A Mini App opens inside Telegram, from a button in a bot or a link.
Can it take payments?
Yes: Payme, Click and Uzum Bank are connected for 2 million UZS. You sign the agreement with the payment provider.
How long does it take?

Why not an App Store app?
A Mini App costs several times less than an iPhone and Android app (from 20 million) and needs no install. A separate app makes sense when customers must find you in the App Store and Google Play.
