Common questions
- Why does a bot cost from 2 million when some cost 500 thousand?
- A cheap bot is usually buttons and forwarded messages, with no contract and no access to the code. With us the scope and price are fixed in a contract, enquiries and orders land in a list with statuses, the code and all access are yours, the second 50% is paid at handover, and the first 3 months of support are free.
- How is a bot different from an app inside Telegram?
- A bot works in the chat: buttons and messages. An app inside Telegram opens a full screen — a catalogue with photos, a calendar, a cart — and costs more. You can start with a bot and move up later.
- How will my customers find the bot?
- We put the bot link in your Instagram bio, on a QR code at the till or reception, and in your Google and Yandex Maps listing. Nothing to install — your customers already have Telegram.
- Where do I see the orders and enquiries?
- In a list with statuses — in Telegram itself or on a simple admin page. Every enquiry is saved; nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
- Can it take payments?
