Terms of work

What this page covers

These are the terms on which Necto Automations builds Telegram bots, websites, apps and business-records software. Every project has a contract; where the contract and this page differ, the contract applies. The contractor is Necto Automations LLC; its details are at the end of this page.

Price

• Prices on the site are fixed, in UZS: each option has one exact price.
• Before work starts, the contract lists what we build, point by point. The price and the timeline do not change unless that list does.
• A quote from the site is valid for 30 days.

Payment

• 50% when the contract is signed, 50% on handover. Never 100% upfront.
• The second half is paid when everything in the contract works.

Changes after the contract

Anything new after signing is priced from the site's price list, or as a fixed sum agreed in writing before work starts. Small edits during support are free: text, prices, photos, a new field, a new product.

Code and access

After full payment, the source code, the server and every login pass to you. The software is yours: develop it with us, with other developers or yourself. You can leave us at any time.

Support after launch

• The first 3 months are free on any order.
• Then 300 000 UZS a month for everything we have built for you, if the order is up to 15 000 000 UZS. Above that, 2% of the price a month.
• A website with nothing else — 1 000 000 UZS a year: hosting, domain, backups, small edits.
• Support is optional. If you don't need it, you get the code and access and host the software anywhere.

Paid for separately

• Agreements with Payme, Click and Uzum Bank — you sign them; their fees are theirs.
• App Store and Google Play accounts — in your company's name: Apple $99 a year, Google $25 once.
• SMS, AI above the limit and other paid services — at their own rates.

Liability

We are responsible for what the contract says. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the work in question.

Confidentiality

We do not pass your business data or project details to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. How the site handles visitors' data is in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms and our contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
