The question business owners ask us most is how much a Telegram bot costs. "It depends" helps no one, so here are our real prices and what goes into them.
In short: Telegram bot prices
- Enquiry bot — 2,000,000 UZS. A customer leaves a name, phone and question; the enquiry reaches a manager at once.
- Customer bookings — 3,500,000 UZS. Free slots, booking, reminders, cancellation.
- Taking orders — 4,000,000 UZS. Catalogue, cart, order status.
- Staff reports — 3,000,000 UZS. Shifts, takings, photos from site — in one chat for the owner.
- AI answers — 3,500,000 UZS. The bot answers common questions from your own material and hands the hard ones to a person.
- Loyalty card — 5,000,000 UZS, as a Mini App only.
A standard bot takes us about a week. The calculator on the homepage works out the same figures.
What the price really depends on
Not the number of buttons, and not "design". The price depends on what the bot does with information.
An enquiry bot only collects answers and passes them on. A booking bot has to know each specialist's schedule, never give one slot to two customers, remind people of their visit and free the slot when someone cancels. An order bot keeps a catalogue, adds up the total and follows an order from checkout to handover.
Every rule like that is work, and testing. That is why bookings cost more than enquiries, and orders more than bookings.
A standard bot or a Mini App
A standard bot is a chat with buttons. It is enough when there are few choices: pick a service, a date, leave a phone number.
A Mini App is an app screen that opens right inside Telegram, with nothing to install. It has a proper calendar, a catalogue with photos, a cart. A Mini App costs more and takes longer, 2–3 weeks:
- bookings — 6,000,000 UZS instead of 3,500,000;
- orders — 7,000,000 UZS instead of 4,000,000;
- staff reports — 6,000,000 UZS instead of 3,000,000.
If you have many products to show with photos, choose a Mini App. If your customers are mostly regulars who know what they want, a standard bot is enough. Starting with a bot and moving to a Mini App later is a perfectly good path. More on the Telegram Mini App page.
What the price includes
- Building, setting up and launching — turnkey.
- Three months of free support: fixes and small changes.
- The code and every login pass to you. The bot belongs to your business, not to us.
- For AI answers — up to 1,000 conversations a month.
What costs extra
- Payment in the bot through Payme, Click or Uzum Bank — 2,000,000 UZS. You sign the agreement with the payment provider, and the money goes straight to you.
- Connecting to 1C — 3,000,000 UZS for a standard configuration. If your 1C has been modified, we quote after a half-hour look.
- Customer or stock records — if enquiries and orders need to be kept and counted somewhere, record-keeping modules start at 4,000,000 UZS.
- Support after three months — 300,000 UZS a month for orders up to 15M. Optional: you can say no.
A worked example
A beauty salon wants online booking with a deposit, so that customers stop not turning up.
- Booking bot — 3,500,000 UZS.
- Deposit through Payme or Click — 2,000,000 UZS.
That is 5,500,000 UZS and about a week and a half of work. Support is free for the first three months, then 300,000 UZS a month if you want it. Open this quote in the calculator.
What about a bot builder?
A bot builder is cheaper to start with, and it is a good way to test an idea. But it charges every month, the bot lives on someone else's platform, and it can only do what that platform offers. Leaving with your customer list is usually hard.
Once the bot becomes part of how you work — enquiries, bookings and money go through it — it is better for the code and the data to be yours.
How not to overpay
- Start with one job. The most painful one: lost enquiries, a muddled booking book, orders in private messages. The rest can come later.
- Describe how things work today. Who writes, where, who answers, where it gets written down. That saves more time and money than any specification.
- Ask for a fixed price in writing. We have no hourly rate: either a price from the list or a written quote before work starts.
- Check that the code and logins pass to you. It should be in the contract.
- Pay in parts. We take 50% on signing and 50% when the finished bot is handed over.
